Best Hotel Properties (BHP) invests in premium and luxury hotels mainly in the CEE region. In addition to ownership, BHP also focuses on managing hotel assets for third parties.
We manage hotels under franchise agreements with global hotel brands. We are a well-known operator of branded hotels in the Central European region that is result-oriented, focused on sustainable business and socially responsible.
Owner and Manager
BHP is a platform for premium hotel assets, a platform providing opportunities to leverage the synergies of owning and managing hotel assets simultaneously. BHP’s portfolio currently consists of 2012 rooms in ownership.
We build on our know-how from many years in the hotel industry as a hotel owner and hotel asset manager.
We currently provide asset management services or operate hotels on behalf of third parties, covering 1,135 rooms in premium hotels across the Slovak and Italian markets.
