Shareholder´s Club

Within the selected business strategy, the company Best Hotel Properties a.s. (BHP) proposes the idea of a Shareholder´s Club as a marketing tool with the objective to support business activities of the company and thus contribute to increasing operational results of hotels included in the portfolio of BHP partner hotels.

Shareholder´s Club shall work as a loyalty program contributing to establishment and supporting connection between BHP and its shareholders. The purpose of the Shareholder´s Club is to bring the company closer to its members in order to be able to identify with its overall functioning.

At the same time, the Shareholder´s Club shall contribute to the creation of assumptions of its members using hotel and restaurant services in the BHP partner´s hotels more actively and preferably. In this way the performance in the Club may partially support the hotel guest clientele from the Shareholder´s Club members whose membership can help promote the Best Hotel Properties a.s. brand and its partner hotels.

Shareholder´s Club membership is open for both individual as well as institutional shareholders. Each shareholder may become a member after complying with the Statutes conditions and receive specific benefits. The membership is voluntary and it is free of charge (membership origination and its duration is not bound to membership fees or any other fees).

Members of the Shareholder´s Club receive the following unique benefits:

- Voucher for accommodation in the BHP hotel portfolio in the amount of the number of purchased shares: Shareholder´s Club member receives 0,30 EUR voucher per one share up to maximum value of this benefit is reached. Maximum benefit value per one Shareholder´s Club member is 600 EUR. The voucher can be used only for accommodation purposes in partner hotels which are as follows:

Grand Hotel River Park, a Luxury Collection Hotel Bratislava
Double Tree by Hilton Hotel London - Westminster
Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow

Partner hotels accept vouchers to charge accommodation in counter prices. The values of vouchers rounds up to the whole EUR.
